Kyle was great, answered all my questions, was extremely professional and courteous, all analyzed my old system and provided a replacement quote same-day….

Install - Greg and Brandon were equally great! Respectful, knew exactly what to do…setup went very smooth! Front Office called me within the hour of completion to confirm my satisfaction!

Yearly Maintenance: Josh is absolutely fantastic…super efficient and a really great communicator…

Our power has gone out four times since the generator was installed, and it has performed flawlessly each time, reinforcing our decision to make the purchase. We were especially pleased with the installation workmanship. The generator placement, gas piping, electrical work, and cleanup all met our expectations. I was home during the installation and saw firsthand the team’s attention to detail. I also appreciated the clear explanations of the exercise schedule, status indicators, monitoring app, and maintenance requirements. I would highly recommend Beck Electric to anyone considering a home generator installation.
